I have recently swapped out 5 digital stations for VOIP handsets. I have a NICE recorder which is recording both station and trunkside recording for cradle to grave sessions. Since putting the VOIP handsets on the system, I cannot search by Agent and can only find the calls via channel search. Is there anyway that I can get the calls back via agents search apart from buying a VOIP logger? Searching via channels is proving to be very time comsuming. I have an AES connected to a CLS too.

Sorry, I forgot to add that I have an AVAYA CM3 system

If your CLS is connected to the AES then you probably need to add the new extensions to your nice security database in AES as well as your list of monitored devices in NICE.
