I use Polycom Soundstations running SIP

Polycom also makes a good analog conference sound station phone as well

1692 is being discontinued and has been replaced by the B189 (

It is supported on CM 5.2.1 and later.

I just replaced a 4690 with a b189 and the users have been very happy with the improved quality.
