Soft phone over software vpn from laptop. Calls from outside to a phone connected to the system sound great.
If the softphone picks up an outside line and tries to call out, it sounds good one direction. Choppy the other direction.
The person receiving the call hand hear the person on the soft phone, but the person on the soft phone hears the person they called all chopped up.
The ip office lines trunk lines are PRI's.
Any ideas on this one?
