I am wanting to implement a VOIP in my network. I just wanted to know what all I need(hardware,software,ect..)Or do you know of any consultants that may be able to help me? I have an office with about 30 employes and they make long distance calls all day to our other office building. We do have a T1 connection to that building, so I figured just pay for one instead of two. If you could help me out I would be very appreciative.

are you trying to implement voip in the lan or wan?
assuming both, here are the basics

you need a QoS enabled LAN - a switch which can prioritize traffic
you need a QoS enabled Router -
you need a QoS enabled WAN - your service provider must give a quaranteed throughput/ delay on the end to end network

the best way is to work with a consultant starting off with a network engineering study
