Cisco PIX commands:
no fixup protocol h323 h225 1720
no fixup protocol h323 ras 1718-1719
Cisco ASA commands:
policy-map global_policy
class inspection_default
no inspect h323 h225
no inspect h323 ras
This is what he is now reporting:
A couple of things popped up when Anthony and I were testing the VOIP phones today:
1. When I call Anthony from my desk phone to his VOIP phone, if I put him on hold, all his buttons grey out. He has no way of ending the call. Once I pick him up, things go back to normal.
2. If we do the above again, but Anthony puts me on hold. Once he returns to the call, I can hear him, but he can no longer hear me. We have to call back to fix the problem.
Let me know if you have any thoughts.
