VOIP question - OTM 1

Hello, we are about to go to voip with option 11 and cisco and am at the cost analysis stage.Must I have OTM and what is the pec code for the ITG card? Thank you for your help.AJK

OTM will be needed to program the ITG or Media Card. Don't know what pec code represents, please write out full name.

sorry pec code (cant remember acronym)is the code on the faceplate of the card NTXXXXX. Thank youAJK

Hi Spanton, thank you for writing back. This is the first VOIP application. The release is 25. I looked into upgrading to succession which is what I wanted because I come from a DMS/passport background (dont know much about meridian) but the boss doesnt want that because of the expense. Wont we have to upgrade to succession in order to use the pkg you are mentioning? Any idea of a ballpark figure on the pkg? We have all the patches required for QSIG. I thank you for your help.Cant a person just QSIG enable, run an ethernet to the dax and jumper off the dax to the cisco and install software on the pcs at the far end (as the cheapest solution).I have the interconnect info for the cisco and meridian.AJK
