Hi there, I had an incident today with the BCM 3.6 where the quality of the calls coming through to us were either cracking; or the caller could not hear us at all.
When trying to retieve massages from mailboxes the same crackling was on the line. A reboot of the BCM resolved the problem, but I dont want to go down that route if this problem continues.
Does anyone have any advice they can give me?
I thought it might have something to do with QoS but Im a novice when it comes to this area.
