Can anyone tell me why my Inter-Tel ip phone connects to my network at work from home...but no one can hear me when I call them.I can hear them fine.

I am using a 1 to 1 nat connection on my Sonicwall Firewall to make the connection.

One way audio is usually one of two things:
1. Firewall issue. Make sure that the RTP ports are configured to be forward and allowed in both directions at either end. Usually 10000-20000 UDP.
2. The SIP server is not configured for NAT. For example, is you are using Asterisk as your SIP server, you need to edit the sip_nat.conf (or add lines to the sip.conf depending on version, etc.) and add details for
nat=yes
externip=x.x.x.x
localnet=x.x.x.x/24
For Asterisk, you also need to specify that your extension is using NAT. In the sip.conf, in your extensions sub sections, nat=yes.

I would assume that other SIP servers will have similar config options.
