No experience sorry but it might help you to check the Polycom website. Polycom acquired Spectralink who actually manufactures the Nortel 221x wireless handsets.
In short you need to make sure your wireless infrastructure can support the SVP protocol that the phones use to communication to the 2245 wireless gateway.
