Can anybody help.?
I have IP Phones various 4630,4620 over broadband and when presented with IVR menu prompt's can't select as they do not send tones.
They can dial out no problem.
1. Busy out the DS1 board that is having the DTMF problems.
2. Do a "change DS1" command and change the "Connect" field from Network to Pbx and enter this.
3. Next do a "change DS1" command and change the "Connect" field from Pbx to Network and enter this.
4. Release the DS1 board.
