VoIP OSN - ESA

Hello,

Is it possible to configure ESA to provide OSN alerts that detail where an IP phone resides or is a hardware appliance required? Can the OSN records be configured to provide zone information, etc?

I don't think OSN does much at all - lots of limitations.

I believe if you put the location in the DES field on the TN it will display on the OSN phone.

However if the IP phone is moved around that doesn't help you much.
