VOIP One Way Transmission

We have a VOIP link from UK to a Samsung DCS in the US. When US calls UK, call is put on hold, when retreived the US cannot hear UK.

Anyone got any ideas ?

need more info? how are they dialing, what kind of link? what software version Ip office? copy of manager ".cfg" file would really help. I know both Ip Office and Samsung DCS systems.

We have had many problems connecting to thirdparty gateways due to H450, not being setting up correctly on the IPO end with the other gateway.

Just a thought
