Does the Magix supports Voice over IP? If yes, what modules are needed?

VOIP is not built into the Magix. You can use external devices such as those made by MULTI-TECH Systems, and connect them to the Magix Trunk and or Station ports.

I am using a VOIP solution from Cisco. The Magix is linked to the cisco routers on each end via a T-1(100DCD board. The call quality is excellent and has been very reliable

I am going to be doing the same thing for some of our branch offices, but we only need a line from location to location for interoffice calling. Looking at the Multitech. What is your setup like merlinman? Do you use a CO line hoooked up to the multitech gateway on each end and setup the ARS to use it for those numbers? How is the quality, minimum bandwidth requirements, etc?
