Okay - a logics brain teaser. I have a public agency reception problem.

1. Three exts 550, 551, 552 (yes we have a three digit dialing plan - yuk) Three i2004 phones, each with 2 kems to monitor approx 40 lines each are programmed with ext 550 as the primary ext on key 0 and each rolls to 551, then 552 respectively with LHK set to 2. There is no voice mail on the primary 550 ext deliberately. There is an auto attendant they forward to after hours with an announcement of regular business hours and emergency phone number.

2. The real rub is that each receptionist wants their own personal ext as well, with voice mail capabilities and having the light go on for waiting messages. So in effect, what they want is for their personal exts to be primary key as well.

Any suggestions on a good way to set this scenario up would be greatly appreciated.

Change 550 to MCR Key, place a new extension as the primary. the only thing you will have to do is build a analog extension and MARP 550 on it with no forwarding
