Have a customer who just acquired a toll free number from voip.ms that they want to use for incoming calls only. Does anyone know what number they send so we can set up an inbound route. Their "support" tech said they send the actual 10 digit toll free number ie: 1800xxxxxxx.

I've set up the inbound route based on that info but the call never gets to the UCx. Just rings once and goes to busy.

I can't find any documentation anywhere that details what they send when someone calls that toll free number.

If VoIP.ms sends the 10 digit number, you should remove the leading 1 from your DID.

If you don't know what they send, just look at the log file after receiving one such call and search for a line with the text FROM_DID - the DID received from the provider will be right there.

Thanks UCX but as I said, the call never gets to the system and I know well enough to not put the 1 in the inbound route.

The only reason that I know of for inbound calls from VoIP.ms not getting to UCx is when you don't use the configured VoIP.ms server in your trunk configuration (or maybe also when there are some IP routing problems).
Try to switch (at least temporarily) to another VoIP.ms server - first configure your VoIP.ms account and then change the UCx trunk configuration - it may take a minute or two for the VoIP.ms configuration to propagate. Good luck.
