VOIP (mck)

I am having a hard time trouble shooting the mck box that i have. Home users use this to connect to the internet by phone. Most of the troubles experienced is choppy voice, timing out disconnecting, and not being able to connect. Does anyone have any solutions???

i saw that type of problem on the early rls cards but it was always a bandwidth problem.. if your on a dialup and sharing 50 or 60 k data and voice your going to get very poor qos.. might help if the data conection stays idle during voice calls but you still have enough overhead to get clipping

any solutions if most of our users are using cable and dsl and still having problems??
