VoIP Linksys SPA2102 with fax

Anyone using Genband M6 VoIP system?
I cannot get the LinkSys ATA SPA2102 to work reliably with fax machines. Can this technology work "rock solid" on VoIP?

Are u using a Group 3 Fax Machine?
Then your network must support T38 otherwise you have to set your Fax to 9600 Kbps.
