Having set up a link between two TDA200's using a TDA0490 and a TDA0484 VoIP Gateway cards, i have programmed both PBX's and cards, using the extension method. Now if i start dialling into the other PBX, Line Not Assigned shows oh the phones followed by busy tone. What have i missed out?

there are so many things that could be wrong
so the first thing is to confirm that you can ping and program the cards from one site
go to site a plug into the network you have the ip gateway connected to and ping the card on the remote site if you can ping the log on to the card do a screen capture of both sites so you can have them side by side
