Voip help needed

I have a location with a BGM50 rel 2.0 tied to a BCN 400 Release 4 using voip trunking. Every once in a while the customer experiences problems with their router and the two BCM will not resynch after the problems are resolved without a system reboot. Is there anything I can look at on the BCM to make this problem go away?

Maybe the customer should replace the router.
Only suggestions I could make are to make sure both BCM's are patched current. Each release of FEPS lately seems to deal with VoIP channels locking up.
Sure won't hurt.
