Get a DSL line and install a VPN router at the remote office and run IP phones pointing to the internal address of the BCM. Provided the remote office doesn't get too large you can probably get away with a simple VPN appliance. (Fortigate, netscreen, sonicwall, etc.)
Don't waste you time attempting to connect an IP phone to the BCM without VPN
