VOIP Gateway Trunk calls

I am having a problem interminttantly with VOIP calls that have been set up by my vendor that dial out of my BCM 400 3.7 system out through my Option 81C system over a PRI circuit to make LD calls. This is working good, but interminttantly we are having problem where the BCM side can here us but we can't here them? Any suggestions? Right now this isn't in production we are only having test calls come to me here at the Opt 81c SIDE.
 
Do station to station calls work reliably all the time? If not, I'd check for codec or network issues.
 
I only have this problem at heavy Data traffic times, like first thing in the morning when everyone turns on there PC and checks the Email.
 
There is no traffic at all yet, this is been up for testing, we are going to go live with it this week. And yes station to station calls across the VOIP trunks work everytime. The outbound LD calls through my remote switch (Opt. 81C) is now working but intermittantly. It seems hit or miss.
 
Which release is your 81? 25.40b, 3, 4, 4.5??
