I have four sites (1 cics, 3 mics) with VOIP Gateways and a BCM using VOIP to call extention to extention and transfer calls. All features are working except connection time to any system but the BCM is very slow (10 seconds before it rings) and users complain that the calls are intermittently being sent to the wrong extentions. All systems are using target lines and have Services or Combo Cartridges. Any help would be greatly appreviated.
