I have a set of gateways setup between 2 offices, both systems are MICS's with 7.0 software. I need to know if anyone has been able to setup the gateways with caller Id, so that if extension 221 at site A calls to extension 8000 at site B the user at Site B will know that it is a call from ext. 221 at site A and not a call to their 7 digit DID? Or is this even possible?
I currently have the gateways setup and working perfectly, except I know the customer is going to ask this question once they get used to using this setup.
