I have a lab setup and I'm trying to test some VoIP applications. I do not have a PBX availabe for setting up E&M interfaces. How can I convert an E&M interface to something that is FXS (loop-start) so that I can hook it to a phone for testing? Are there software solutions or any products available (Cisco or not)? Thanks.

E&M usually implies a four wire audio loop. A telephone is of course a two wire device. So you would likely need something significant like a channel bank.
