im trying to create a voip connection between 2 sites.. using h323 protocol... i have BCM 400 Rls 4.0 in one site and the other one is BCM 200 Rls 4.0 , when i call the remote side, the phone rings and i can hear the ring back tone but after pickup there is no voice at all (in the routers we did the port forwording port 1720)

any idea

If you're using NAT, which it sounds like you are, then you're either missing some additional ports. Port 1720 is the H.323 setup port. You also need to include the voice payload ports, which are 28000-28255 if I remember correctly.

I'd recommend saving yourself some headaches and implement a VPN between the sites. Not only will it work better, but you're not exposing your BCM to the Internet.
