My compan bought a voip starter pack ...
Branch "innovaphone"
We have normal pbx (panasonic tdx 100) Which is configured that he trunks everything that must go over voip to port "5" which is connect (cat 5 : simulated isdn line) to the br1 of the innovaphone gateway who routes the call to the sip provider.
Problem :
Internal betwee the normal phones and the ip phones i have perfect voice ...
When i call with a ip phone over voip ... perfect sound no problem .
When i call with a normal phone over voip ... i sound like an alien (lots of noice ... speaking very slowly etc etc).
Routes :
Normal phones much dial "9" as prefix to tell the panasonic he must route this call to port "5" and give it to the Innovaphone central.
Ip phones are directly configured to the inno central so they dont pass the panasonic central.
Any ideas ????
