Hi all,

I'm unsure if this is actually a VOIP issue but thought I would post to get a second opinion.

I am using a BT 2Wire Router with BT Handsets for VOIP.

At the moment the phones ring for 30 seconds only.

Is there a way I can change this to 60 seconds?

If so where do I change it? On the router? On the handsets? Or I simply can't??

Any help would be great!

Thanks.

What does it do after 20 seconds?
I'm not sure on this system as I don't have it, but:
If you have BT answer service, it could be set up on this, you need to dial the answer service (151?) and change it there.
It could be a ringer setting in the router, it may be in number of rings or seconds, 1 ring cycle = 5 seconds, or could be on the phone itself, but unlikly.

Sorry to be vague.
Have you tried BT's website?

Only the truly stupid believe they know everything.
