I would like to call (in&out) other sub accounts using the BCM.
Specifily Voip.MS but other carrier info would help.
I have 1 DID but I am trying to avoid getting one DID for each sub account.

While I can call out of BCM to other extensions such as dest code plus 101, 102 etc I cannot call into the BCM as I cannot figure out the received digits I should be using.
Calling mobile to mobile use the 3 digit ext works fine.

Has anyone sorted this out?

Thanks

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but most non-telco providers like Goldline, Ixica etc send their numbers preceeded with a 1. As fas as I know, voipms does not do this so you might want to try setting it to 11 and see if it works.

Thanks for reply.
I am not sure what to add it too though.
If I have several sub accounts then I cant use the one DID for the main account as the target number otherwise it wont go to the correct DN.

Since my BCM's Received Digits Length is set at 10, I shaved off the area code and added the 3 digit ext # at the end but that did not work.
So if the number is 5553332222, I added this as the received digits 3332222101.
