VOIP Calls

When I call from any BCM in my company I can get to the destination, but when I call from My option 11 I get a long pause then a fast busy, the bcm qos monitor shows good all the way across the codec's nothing has changed programming wise. Anyone have something that might click and throw out an idea or 2 :

Open BCM Monitor in one of your BCMs and watch to see if the calls from the Option switch are getting to the BCM and dying there (which is what it sounds like), or not making it across the VoIP network.
Do you have an MCDN keycode?
Do you have MCDN turned on?
MCDN isn't required for private networking between BCMs but is for BCM access to Option and M1s.

Ok just tested that Its not making it to the bcm at all, just a long pause then a busy. i do have mcdn installed and turned on. This just started to happen too.
