VOIP calls get disconnected

Hello everybody,

Maybe you can help me with this Problem.
I have an MD110 BC11 Servipack 12 when I got calls from Switzerland (Nortel Meridan) over two Cisco Gatways to the MD and hook of the call is disconnected.But when the call goes to the int. Voicemail it function. So maybe one of you have an Idee
