VoIP calling issue

I have a issue where a bcm50rls1 calling bcm400 ver4 over voip trunks calls always end up at the reception primeset.
Bcm50 is sending 4 digits and i can see the digits come in on the 400. All the target lines are setup ok and the private received length is ok.
Any thoughts?

I had this problem once. You have to remove the prime set from the target lines.

The prime for the IP trunks is set to the recept set remove the prime on the trunks.

Sorted, i needed to add some more digits to the gateway info.
