VOIP Call issue after Patch

I have a question that maybe someone has had:
We just did a patch to our BCM's 3.6 in acouple of our locations and not others. now VOIP out is not working for inbound VOIP calls. I looked at the BCM's program to program on both upgraded and not upgraded BCM's and I don't see a change/issues. ortel is saying that all BCM's would needed to be upgraded but we can't talk between the upgraded BCM's. Nortel also told us to do another patch and that didn't fix the problem. I'm stumped on this problem any suggestions will help. Thank you in advanced.
 
I would suggest to install all available patches on your BCMs.
 
We have all the available patches loaded. it's just after we did the update it took a turn. We updated two BCM's to the same and that didn't fix it either.
 
How have you set up your routes?
Are they set to private or public for site to site traffic.
Have you programed up the private OLI and the private dn under target line.
Have you tried removing the programming and putting it in again.

I would suggest you put all the latest patches in your BCMs but I know sometimes it is impossible to upgrade them all at once.

Nothing has changed as far as the routes. All the sites were using VOIP fine until the patches were installed. We did like Nortel told us which was to update all the BCM's which we did for two of the BCM's only, that way we didn't take all BCM's out of receiving VOIP calls. The two we updated still can not VOIP to each other. The updated BCM's can call out on VOIP but can't receive calls. I put the VOIP trunks on my test phone and watched as I called over VOIP to a phone at the location, the line flashes for a split second and then nothing, it will either drop the call or you get the error tone. These are at the 3.6 version.
