VoIP between Meridian and Ericsson MD110

Hello,
we want to interconnect a Nortel Meridian 1 and an Ericsson MD110 using VoIP. What are our options ?
It looks like the ITG Trunk card only supports MCDN.

All VoIP solutions are proprietary at this time so they won't work between manufacturers. You can still use your LAN/WAN to transport voice via a router or mux at each end but your M1 and Ericsson will be connected by tie lines.
