We recently installed VOiP Avaya phone systems (S8700)
Caller call our mainline and press extension 112, they get routed to extension 111 so there is an extra digit in the front. This occurs 65% of the time. Does anyone experience the same issue and how do you resolve this?
The programmer for the PBX system ran some test with a digi grapher and they said that it's not their problem because the PBX is configured correctly. The telephone company said that it's the programing in the PBX so as you can see I am not getting the round about.
Thank you.
