Hello,

I have a Nortel Norstar Meridian system with StarTalk Voicemail.

I plugged in 3 DTA VoIP Boxes from Packet8 ( to allow our phones to pick up the DTA lines in lines 3, 4, and 5.

The VoIP worked absolutely fine when stand alone or separate from the Norstar equipment. Now that we have plugged into the Norstar equipment, we cannot hear folks on the other end. A constant cut-out ... worse than a cell phone without good signal.

My only assumption is that we're going from digital to analog and back to digital.

Any help is appreciated!

Thank you.
