Voids on Aloha

Ok...this is what I have.

Is it possible to delete a whole ticket as opposed to just the items? What has happened is a user ordered the wrong items...bout 56 wrong items. So he then voided all of the items off of the ticket and then rang up the correct items on a different ticket.

What this shows is a ticket for $0.00 but shows 56 voided items.

Is there just a way to void the ticket as a whole or does it have to work this way?

Any help with this would be great!!

You can not void a ticket in Aloha. Once an item has been ordered on a ticket and voided, it has to be closed to a 0 balance. This is for security purposes so management can see what is going on in the audit reports.

Where do you set the authorization for staff that allows or prevents them from paying a "zero" balance transaction? Thanks
