Voids Check increase Number of guest

Hi Guys ,

I have a question i have a small issue with RES3700 5.4MR6 , whenever i do void checks it increase number of guest on reports normaly it should decrease , but the number increase any one have a solution or know why ? i tried searching on my oracle support but i couldnt find anything .
