Void an AP Check, Jobs intigrated

Hi.

If we goof a check and have to void it, we have to rekey in the void screen all the jobs and amounts, and cost types/codes.

This seems silly, but I can't figure out which setting is causing this.

You have to because A/P and Job Cost are integrated.

Hi.

I know why I have to, but still, as a programmer myself, I find this extremely silly.

You void a check, you un pay invoices. The payment creates the PY entreies in Jc3 sure, but why not automatically reverse them?

Probably there is functionality I am not utilizing, so I don't understand the value, but alas, its just extra key strokes every time the printer jams or anything else goes wrong.

I guess to do this right, I need to build a VI job to prepare void check entries.
