I am very much in need of your help. I have to setup Company greetings on NEC.
Scenario:
1. If any caller call the company they should listen company greeting and dial extension which they want or call transfer to operator
2. I have to setup greetings in both language English and Arabic.
How i will do it. Please guide me as soon as possible because i am trying my luck since week.
