Has anyone that has one of these voicepro ever had a problem that as soon as they dial one number, the phone squeals (like microphone feedback)????
Does the system give you the feedback when it is in it's standard default programming. If you do not have a problem prior to you programming the system, check that you are not using 2 programms that conflict with each other. Also it may be the type of phones that you are using. Another thing it could be is that you have more then one phone or other item plugged onto the same extension. If you just purchased your system NEW, then most likly it came from the new importer. Hello, I have a VOICE PRO 206 System, Protected by a UPS system, but I keep loosing my programming ( ONLY ) when the VP206 switches into ( Night Message Mode ), The ( Amber ) light Flashes, and then I loose everything. I am operating with Ver 2.021, that is the latest. What can possible be the problem ???
I had a similar problem - turned out to be the internal battery inside the voice pro unit (located under the pc board and metal cover). It had low voltage and crashed at weird times. Try measuring its voltage and replacing if necessary.
