We recently migrated servers, then upgraded from IPO 500 R8.? to R9.0.12. We've got a fairly complex workflow to support being a sales/service channel for multiple dozens of different customers. Because of the complexities, we continually run DbgView, saving to disk. On the old server, one of the modules listed in the DbgView filter was "VoicemailPro" (distinct from "vmprov5svc"), which allows deep logging of each node processed. With the migration and upgrade, this no longer appears (though "vmprov5svc" still shows up), preventing the deep dive in to what's going on.

Is there a way to enable access/trace information for "VoicemailPro"? Alternatively, is there another trace viewer that would provide that level of visibility (particularly if it could run as a service)?

Given our current constraints, going to 9.1+ is not viable.

Cheers

Is this Windows VM Pro, Linux, UC, Server Edition?

To my believe you need to setup the debug level with the VM Client first and then use dbgview.
