i have voicemailPro 4.0 and it keeps on going oFFLINE for some reason. my switch at the shop stay on constantly which is suppose to but my client switch shows " offline" then i have to manually connect it. The customer's PC did turn off and i had the customer reboot it and voicemail came back up. did this have anything to do with it?
Also i have a problem with the auto attendant picking up at night. Both greeting are recorded for day and night. only. Office hours are setup for day operation and after hours in time profile. i get the day greeting during regular hours 9 - 5 but after hour i get a greeting like " for help press * h " Did i miss something ? Please help.
