Unless you have users from a nother branch that are used to Audix & you do not want to force them to learn a new system I would go with IP office.
Audix emulaton Does not support all Audix functions it also does not allow access to all IPO functions.
It is available to aid sales in the USA where most useres are familiar with definity & companys can take the cheaper option of IPO at a branch without users realizing they are on a different system
