We have 2 incomming lines and Flash VM. Right now when the lines are not answered it goes to the General Delivery Mail box. We want both lines to round over to one mailbox.

This should work for you; set up one phone to ring on both outside lines, Set up a Mailbox for this extension, then have that phone forward to VM on no answer X rings, turn off the AA answer if it is on. now incoming calls will ring on that phone (maybe the receptionist phone) until answered or until the no answer timer expires and the phone will forward to its VM mailbox. Yes this works but I need both lines to ring at all phones.

You could have the AA to pick up and simply say, 'sorry we can't get to your call, to leave us a message press 0'. It will ring the designated receptionist (giving he, she, it another chance to answer the call) then the call will go to the general delivery mailbox.

the best way to do it is like this .
I ran into this problem to .
Put the line apper. on all the phones that need it . Create the mailbox on the designated phone .(most likly would be who will be responsible for distirbute the msg's.)
On the forwarding just make sure the # of rings till it forwards to VM is lower than anyone elses.
example,
221 FNA to VM after 6 rings
222 FNA to VM after 6 rings
225 FNA to VM after 4 rings *this would be the ext. with the mailbox.
It has worked great for me .
