Voicemail

Hello everyone,

I have to change the ringer of my Primary greeting set in Voicemail to one ring only, as of now the voicemail has 3 rings to answer the greeting.
I change the Class of service of voicemail call forward no answer timer but it doesn't work.

Not completely understanding the question.

Are you saying that you want the voicemail to pickup the call on the first ring instead of the 3rd?

If so, what is ringing for those 3 rings now?
