Voicemail

Hi Guys,

Please advice - how possible can the voicemail stop functioning while there are no changes made within the voicemail configuration?

Calls are coming in, but keeps on ring without being transferred to voice mail as usual.however we did the reboot but did not resolve anything.

Is this the embedded 3300 voicemail? Can you ring an individual Voicemail port on its own?

if this is a 3300 go to your maint commands and use the

LOC FEA EXT XXXX where XXXX = your hunt group.

Most common issue is people using the I am Here forwarding against the hunt group and forwarding the group who knows where.

Or maybe your issue is much simpler? Your post is'nt very descriptive.. Are you saying calls are not being transferred to voicemail - (The phone keeps ringing) Does it have call forward on the handset set?

Any more information which might be helpfull?
