Voicemail won't disconnect

Hey all, we have a IP406 with VM pro at 4.2.20. We noticed that the lines are not disconnecting after someone enters the voicemail whether it be a mailbox or somewhere in a module. After a message is left and the calling party hangs up we noticed in system status that the call remains hung for four to eight minutes then eventually drops off. We have dissconnect clear set and so does the line provider. It remains unclear if this is a new development or has been flying under the radar for a while. A normal call not entering the voicemail system disconnects fine. Thanks, and HELP!!!
 
Are they analog lines into system.. if so try adjusting the disconnect clear on them... Some times the provider either is send a clear signal or their timer is different than th IPO..

 
Search Tek-Tips, this has been discussed a dozen times.
If youre in the US then use "disconnect clear" or sometimes called "reliable disconnect".
if you arenot in the US then farout the majority of line providers doe not support "disconnect clear" and you need to make sure that the busy tone you get from the provider is recognized by IP Office.
