Hey all, we have a IP406 with VM pro at 4.2.20. We noticed that the lines are not disconnecting after someone enters the voicemail whether it be a mailbox or somewhere in a module. After a message is left and the calling party hangs up we noticed in system status that the call remains hung for four to eight minutes then eventually drops off. We have dissconnect clear set and so does the line provider. It remains unclear if this is a new development or has been flying under the radar for a while. A normal call not entering the voicemail system disconnects fine. Thanks, and HELP!!!
