Voicemail when on the line

I have a collegue who when she is on phone and someone calls her, the phone rings and the caller doesn't directly go to voicemail.

How do I configure it do when his/her line is busy the new caller goes directly to his/her vmail?

Yes, if you are not familiar with programming a vendor is the best solution.

Your company should have a System Administrator's Guide for the Norstar - either on CD or a paper manual - it should have been provided by the vendor that installed it (it comes with the system that you bought and is yours) and READ through it -
This type of programming on Norstar is basic and user friendly, but you must take the time to READ the manual.
