Voicemail UNOBTAINABLE due to VmPro voicemail password mismatch with IpO Security (EXAMPLE) 1

Scenario:

[li]Break VmPro by changing the Voicemail password in the client to mismatch the Voicemail password in IpO Security settings[/li]
[li]Dial Voicemail i.e.*17[/li]
[li]Get "Unobtainable" on the display[/li]
[li]Monitor shows the failure[/li]
[li][/li]
[/ul]

I think this was a Helpful Tip..and not a question.

it was definitely a tip but I am not sure how useful as I am pretty certain you would get the same message if the VM was switched off.

getting Engaged tone when dialing * 17 Tells you this anyway.

even so I am giving Bob a start as it will act a a reminder to check the password first (not that anyone who needs this answer bothers searching the forum before posting)
