Do you want to transfer to a specific mailbox, or be able to select which one it goes to?
There was a Tech Tip months ago about a Short Code to do this.
S/C #XXXX (XXX for 3 digit xtn no.s)

Feat VoiceMailCollect
Then press Transfer then dial #4321 (for xtn 4321).
There's no point in putting it on a button if you want to select the mailbox (as above) because you just need to dial # which is only 1 digit.
If you want to transfer to a specific mailbox then just put the eg #4321 string on a button.
